Most of us, well, ALL of us have bad habits. The year is coming to an end but first we need to get rid of all the bad habits that we may have developed in 2013 and throw it out the window before 2014 comes slipping in.
I’m not that good in giving out advices but what I found from the web is something worth sharing. There’s an article on 20 things that we need to let go in order to be happy. One of it is procrastination. THAT is my worst habit of all. So I’m learning to be more attentive and do what I need to do promptly without delay.
Another one is probably that I usually need approval of others when I want to do something. I always do things alone. But when, let’s say, I’m wearing something that I like and then someone else tells me that it looked weird or not nice, I will never wear that ever again. I end up throwing away the clothes altogether.
All this small things can trigger a disturbance in your subconscious mind that you may end up feeling down most of the time. You want to be happy, but you’re not.
Time to push those habits away.
