Carpe Artista Announces Rally Celebration Following National Television Feature on The CW

Carpe Artista announces a November 19 celebration and sponsorship opportunities following its participation in The Great American Road Rally Celebrity Edition on The CW.

Smyrna, Tennessee, United States, November 5, 2026 -- Carpe Artista announces its Great American Rally Party on November 19, 2026, in Smyrna, Tennessee, following its participation in The Great American Road Rally: Celebrity Edition on The CW. The event will bring supporters together as the nonprofit seeks to translate national visibility into continued support for arts education, student scholarships, and community programs. Celebrities from the show will be present to support the cause as well.

The celebration is scheduled for 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Crusader Autoworks. General admission tickets are available for $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Businesses and individuals can also support Carpe Artista through event sponsorships, with options for organizations interested in a broader partnership.

Carpe Artista is represented in the television series in conjunction with the James Burton Foundation. Hosted by Ian Ziering, the show follows celebrity teams traveling along historic Route 66 in classic vehicles, with each team supporting a charitable cause. The series premiered September 16, 2026, on The CW during Route 66’s centennial year.

“This opportunity allows us to introduce Carpe Artista to people who may never have encountered our work in Middle Tennessee,” says Ron Alley, founder and CEO. “Our priority is to turn that introduction into relationships that help us continue serving students and families.”

Alley and board chairman Rob Evras traveled with the rally from the Chicago area toward Santa Monica. A bright orange Challenger driven by celebrity John Schnieder carried the Carpe Artista identity alongside the James Burton Foundation, bringing the organization’s arts education mission to communities along the route. Carpe Artista is also sharing experiences from the journey through its behind-the-scenes series, On the Route with Rob & Ron.

Founded by Alley in 2011, Carpe Artista is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Smyrna, North Rutherford County, and Middle Tennessee. Its mission, “Training the next generation of entertainment and arts leaders to positively impact culture for Kingdom purpose.” They continue to inspire, educate and empower creative students with purpose. The organization structures its work around four core values: character, calling, craft, and community.

That approach extends beyond learning an instrument or preparing a performance. Carpe Artista’s programs are intended to help students develop their creative abilities while considering how those abilities can contribute to the people and communities around them. Its educational work includes support and services for local public and private schools and other organizations.

“We want students to develop their craft and recognize that their creativity has a place in their community,” Alley says. “That means making room for artistic growth, personal responsibility, and opportunities to contribute.”

Through its academy, Carpe Artista offers visual arts instruction, private music lessons, musical theatre, group classes, and seasonal camps. Music offerings include guitar, piano, voice, drums, violin, bass, and ukulele, with instruction available to children and adults. Financial assistance is available through the academy, giving families a way to inquire about support when considering lessons.

Through its Theatre Lab program, Carpe Artista gives students opportunities to develop an original story with an instructor while exploring acting, monologues, dance, and musical performance. The academy also offers group art and beginning guitar classes, providing additional ways for young participants to explore their creative interests.

Carpe Artista’s community involvement includes coordinating the Simply Smyrna celebration and providing children’s painting activities at Depot Days. Founder Ron Alley has also served on the steering committee for the revamped JazzFest, an event featuring student groups and professional musicians. These activities extend the organization’s arts education mission into community settings.

The November rally celebration provides another opportunity for that community to participate. Sponsorship packages with benefits varying by level include event recognition, booth space, and VIP admission. Businesses can contact Carpe Artista to discuss available packages or a custom partnership.

“National attention gives us an opportunity to reach new supporters,” Alley says. “What matters is building relationships that keep arts education accessible and give students meaningful opportunities to learn, create, and contribute.”

Event tickets and details are available through the Great American Rally Party page. Businesses interested in supporting the celebration can visit the sponsorship page.
